These terms and conditions apply only to persons who are directly or indirectly as carriers, shippers, and/or brokers connected with Hello Transport.

All-Hello Transport stakeholders are required to agree to these terms and conditions. It is a legally binding contract, the agreement sets forth the terms and conditions that govern your use of all services, products, and software and is between you and Hello Transport.

You agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions stated or referred to herein by clicking an "agree," "activate," "sign up," or similar button or by installing and/or using the application. Do not install or use the application if you do not agree to be bound by these terms.

Use of Location-Based Services and Data With Consent

You agree that the Location-based services might be present in or used by the application(s). Therefore, you consent to the collection, transmission, and use of your location data by the Application or Applications if you use or access such location-based services.

Account Usage

You affirmed on the term that you allow the website to use your account and you have given permission for, or the Company acting on your behalf, is your responsibility. Any account information, including payment information, may be added, changed, deleted, or modified by the company following your requests.

Information Use

You hereby grant the Company and its affiliates, partners, and agents permission to collect, store, and use any information and data related to or derived from your use of the Application(s). The Company will use this data to enhance your user experience and will not share it with unrelated parties.

Disclaimer

You agree that Third-Party Content and Services are not investigated, monitored, represented, or endorsed by the Company. You access such services at your own risk. The Company disclaims all warranties regarding Third-Party Content and Services.

Inappropriate Third-Party Content

You acknowledge that Third-Party Content may be offensive or objectionable. The Company shall have no liability for such content, and you agree to access it at your sole risk.

Regulation Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the applicable state. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hello Transport and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use or access to the Application and Website
• Your violation of this Agreement
• Your violation of the law
• Your negligence or wilful misconduct
• Your violation of third-party rights

Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate this Agreement at any time without notice. Upon termination, you must cease using the Application immediately.
